charcuterie / Serving boards

All of my Charcuterie and feature boards are made from trees found in Manitoba, primarily, Ash, Birch, Elm, Maple, Poplar and Oak. I occasionally obtain other species and am happy to work with whatever comes my way. My natural preference is live edge woods that I obtain from a variety of sources. Each board is unique and different and my designs are based on what I envision in a particular piece.

All of my boards are finished with food safe materials, primarily Mineral Oil and Bees wax which I make with wax from local honey producers. On occasion I use other finishes depending on the intended use of the board.

Prices vary depending upon wood species, size and work involved, starting from $65. Custom orders are available.
